Paternity Test-This DNA test is designed
to be presented as evidence in court proceedings.
This test does not need to be court ordered. There
is absolutely no difference between the personal
test and the legal test in terms of the methods involved
in the DNA analysis. The main difference is
in order for the test to able to stand up in court,
legal counsel, judges and a jury must be confident
that:

samples were collected properly, therefore a strict "chain-of-custody" must
be established.

That an accredited laboratory,
using sound procedures, performed the tests and analyzed
the results accurately.
Chain
of Custody an AABB requirement:
The chain of custody is basically a documentation procedure
that will establish the identity of the individuals being
tested. In order to establish the chain of custody,
we will have an independent person acquire the DNA sample
in a laboratory in your area. This independent person
will:
- photograph
- thumbprint

photocopy
the picture-ID
of the individuals being
tested and FedEx the DNA samples directly to the laboratory
for testing.
In order to establish
the chain-of-custody, Paternity
Experts will make all appointments for you in your area
and pay all collection fees and shipping. With
over 3,500 facilities, we are able to make appointments
for in your area. At the time of your appointment
you will need to bring the following items in order to
establish the chain-of-custody:
- Photo identification for the
adults such as a State driver's license

Social Security
numbers
- Birth certificates for the children
if available
Our fees include telephone
consultations, DNA collection fees, shipping and handling.

low price but then make you pay specimen collection fees
